Public Access, Links, Codes & QR Codes
Published notices may be shared through a public link or access code. Supported NOTICE! delivery options may also provide a QR code that can be scanned to open a notice.
Anyone who receives or obtains a valid public link, access code or QR code may be able to access the associated notice, depending on its status and expiry.
You are responsible for deciding what information you put into a notice that you intend to distribute publicly.
Notice Expiry & Removal
When publishing a notice, available notice durations may include a limited period or an option that remains available until the creator removes it.
An expired notice may no longer be publicly accessible.
NOTICE! may also remove, restrict or disable a notice that violates these Terms, applicable law, security requirements or the proper operation of the platform.
NOTICE! PRO & Paid Features
NOTICE! may provide optional paid features through NOTICE! PRO.
Depending on the current offering, Pro features may include capabilities such as multiple images, additional notice options, phone contact options, QR delivery, longer durations, analytics, featured placement and other enhanced publishing features.
The features, prices and availability of NOTICE! PRO may change as the service develops. The price and features shown at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.
Purchasing a Pro feature does not permit a user to publish content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Payments
Where NOTICE! offers paid services, payments are processed through the payment method presented during checkout.
Payment confirmation and activation of paid features may require verification before a feature becomes available.
NOTICE! does not guarantee that a payment-related feature will activate instantly where additional verification is required.
Content Responsibility
NOTICE! provides the publishing technology. Users are responsible for the content they create and publish.
NOTICE! does not automatically verify the accuracy of every user-created notice, property listing, event announcement, lost-and-found report, sale notice or other published information.
Service Availability
MAYOR GROUP works to keep NOTICE! available and functional, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, network issues, third-party services or other circumstances.
We do not guarantee that NOTICE! will always be available, uninterrupted, completely error-free or compatible with every device, browser, network or QR scanner.
Third-Party Services
NOTICE! may use third-party services to provide certain functions, including authentication, image hosting, payments, analytics or other technical services.
Your use of features that depend on third-party services may also be subject to the relevant third party's terms and policies.
Changes to NOTICE!
